Brendan Brock

Associate  | Brendan Brock represents individual and corporate clients in civil litigation matters with a particular focus on commercial/corporate litigation, estates and trusts litigation, and real estate litigation. Brendan has successfully appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia in contested applications, trials and appeals, and has a particular interest in using creative and strategic litigation plans in complex legal disputes.

Brendan has instructed aspiring paralegals in tort law at a local college and sits on the board of directors of a local non-profit organization. In the past, Brendan has worked in Central America with Lawyers without Borders on high-profile war crimes prosecutions, and he continues to assist Spanish-speaking clients with litigation matters both locally and abroad.

Prior to joining Hakemi & Ridgedale LLP, he articled and practiced civil litigation with an established general practice firm in the lower mainland.
