Associate | Byron Yep advises clients on all matters of commercial disputes including construction litigation, defamation, professional negligence, municipal law, and contractual disputes. Byron also has experience representing clients in insurance law and insurance related litigation including subrogation, bonding and surety, and property loss matters. Byron has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia.

Prior to joining Hakemi & Ridgedale LLP, Byron practiced in Vancouver in a boutique commercial litigation and construction firm and at a mid-sized insurance litigation firm.
